📦 Order Processing Time
All our products are made on demand, meaning we require time to print and prepare your order before shipping.
- Processing time: 2-7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
🚨 Important:
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

🔍 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us at customercare@salybelle.com.
- Some carriers may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed, please check the tracking status before contacting us.
- If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Contact customercare@salybelle.com for assistance.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
🏠 Shipping Address & Changes
🚨 Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
📦 Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- The customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
- If the package is returned and the customer does not wish to have it reshipped, we will provide a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
❌ Order Cancellations & Modifications
🚨 All orders are final once placed. Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been processed.
