Return & Refund Policy – Salybelle (Final Version)
At Salybelle, every item is made to order, reducing waste and ensuring unique designs. As a result, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customercare@salybelle.com
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or issue
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Once your request is approved, we will offer:
✔ A free replacement (if available)
✔ A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 10 business days)
Important Notes:
- We do not cover order mistakes such as wrong size, color, or buyer's remorse
- We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items after delivery
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Size Guide & Exchanges
Since all items are made on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
If you need a different size, we offer a 20% discount code for reordering the correct size. Contact us for more details.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
How to Submit a Return Request

Email us at customercare@salybelle.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 10 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
